We reserve the right to restrict or suspend access to the journal or Services if we suspect any misuse or if you violate these Terms.
3. Services Provided
Bond and Bloom offers an online journaling program designed to support and nurture mothers throughout their unique journey of motherhood. Upon signing up, you will receive the following services:
- Weekly Journaling Prompts: Each week, you will receive tailored journaling prompts, designed to align with your stage of motherhood. These prompts aim to encourage reflection, growth, and self-care, offering a gentle space to connect with your thoughts, emotions, and experiences.
- Private Journaling Space: You will have access to a private journaling space where you can record your responses to the prompts, reflect on your personal journey, and track your progress over the 8 day or 16 day period. This space is designed to offer you a quiet, secure environment for self-expression, growth, and introspection.
The journaling program is designed to be flexible and adaptable to your own pace. While you will receive weekly prompts, you may choose to engage with the journaling at your own convenience. There is no obligation to complete the prompts within a specific timeframe, as this program is intended to offer a peaceful, self-guided experience.
Please note that Bond and Bloom will send weekly reminders to encourage your participation, but it is up to you to make the most of the journaling prompts and your private space. You will not be charged extra for any additional time or support beyond the 16 day period.
4. Purchases and Payments
All prices for the products and services provided by Bond and Bloom are listed on the Website. By using the Website, you agree to pay the prices as listed for the services you select.
The prices for the each journaling program and any other services or products offered by Bond and Bloom are clearly displayed on the Website. These prices are subject to change, and any changes will be reflected on the Website. Bond and Bloom reserves the right to modify the pricing of services or products at any time without prior notice.
Payments for the journaling program and related services are processed securely via Stripe, a third-party payment service provider. By submitting your payment details, you authorize Bond and Bloom to charge the total amount to your chosen payment method. You will receive a confirmation email upon successful payment, including the details of your purchase.
Payment for the journaling program must be made in full at the time of sign-up to gain access to the program. Access to the services will not be provided until full payment is received.
All prices listed on the Website are in NZD, and payments will be processed in this currency. If you are making a payment from outside New Zealand, your financial institution may charge conversion fees or international transaction fees, which are your responsibility.
Due to the nature of the services provided (digital content and journaling prompts), payments are non-refundable once access to the services has been granted. We do provide a money back guarantee within 7 days of purchase. We do not provide refunds or cash back for gift vouchers. Prices do not include any applicable taxes, duties, or fees. Any taxes or fees required by law will be added to the total amount due at checkout, and you agree to pay these additional amounts, if applicable.
In the event that a payment fails or is reversed, Bond and Bloom reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the services until the outstanding balance is paid in full.
5. Confidentiality
You acknowledge and agree that, in the course of using the Website and Services, you may be exposed to or have access to confidential information belonging to Bond and Bloom or third parties, including but not limited to proprietary information, business plans, marketing strategies, customer lists, and other sensitive materials (collectively referred to as “Confidential Information”).
You agree to treat all Confidential Information as confidential and to take all reasonable precautions to protect it from unauthorized disclosure, use, or access. You shall not, without prior written consent from Bond and Bloom, disclose, reproduce, or use any Confidential Information for any purpose other than in the performance of the Services under these Terms.
The obligations of confidentiality under this clause shall not apply to any information that:
- Was publicly available or becomes publicly available through no breach of these Terms by you;
- Was lawfully received from a third party without any breach of confidentiality;
- Was independently developed by you without the use of Bond and Bloom’s Confidential Information;
- Is required to be disclosed by law, court order, or governmental authority, provided that you give Bond and Bloom reasonable prior notice to allow it to seek protective measures or an injunction.
Your obligation to maintain the confidentiality of any Confidential Information shall survive the termination of your access to the Website or Services, for as long as the Confidential Information remains confidential or until it is disclosed publicly by Bond and Bloom.
Upon the termination of your use of the Services, or upon written request from Bond and Bloom, you agree to promptly return or securely destroy any Confidential Information in your possession, including all copies, notes, or records containing such information.
Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as granting you any rights, title, or interest in or to the Confidential Information, except for the limited right to use such information solely for the purposes of fulfilling your obligations under these Terms. All rights, title, and interest in the Confidential Information remain the exclusive property of Bond and Bloom.

Bond and Bloom retains all rights, title, and interest, including all intellectual property rights, in and to the Website, its content, and any associated materials provided through the Services. This includes, but is not limited to, all text, images, graphics, logos, designs, videos, audio, software, and other materials (“Content”) that are made available on the Website or in connection with the journaling program.
All Content on the Website, including the 8 day or 16 day journaling prompts, email communications, worksheets, downloadable materials, and any related resources, is the exclusive property of Bond and Bloom or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You acknowledge that you do not acquire any ownership rights by accessing or using the Website or Services.
Bond and Bloom grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Content solely for your own personal, non-commercial use in connection with the journaling program. This license is granted on the condition that you do not:
- Copy, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works of any Content without prior written consent from Bond and Bloom.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or materials provided as part of the Services.

This limitation of liability applies regardless of the form of the action or claim, whether based on breach of contract, tort, negligence, or any other legal theory.
You acknowledge that the Services provided by Bond and Bloom, including the journaling program and associated content, are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranty of any kind, either express or implied. Bond and Bloom makes no representations or warranties regarding the completeness, accuracy, reliability, or availability of the Website, Services, or any Content, nor does it guarantee that the Services will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
Bond and Bloom is not responsible for any technical issues, interruptions, or delays in accessing the Website or Services that may arise due to your internet service provider, computer hardware, or software, or any other circumstances beyond its control. Furthermore, Bond and Bloom does not assume responsibility for any damage to your computer system or data loss that may result from accessing or using the Website.

If a resolution cannot be reached through negotiation within a reasonable timeframe, the dispute will be resolved through binding arbitration conducted in New Zealand. The arbitration process will be conducted in English, and the arbitration award will be final and binding on both parties. The arbitration will be conducted by a single arbitrator appointed in accordance with the rules of the New Zealand Arbitration Centre.
- Termination: Bond and Bloom reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Website and Services at its sole discretion, without notice, if it believes that you have violated these Terms, engaged in any unlawful conduct, or have otherwise failed to comply with the conditions set forth herein.
