bond and bloom

Pregnancy Journal for Women - fully guided, online and with a community.

I didn't think I had time to journal, until I found this. So helpful to hear my own voice again!

Based in Aotearoa, New Zealand, Bond & Bloom is a guided online journaling space for mothers.

We don’t do productivity tracking or baby milestones. We create space for mothers to reconnect with their voice, find clarity, and carve out five real minutes for themselves.

The Pour It Out Method™ helps busy women journal in a way that fits real life.

We believe your experience matters. Your voice matters. And every mother’s journey deserves support that’s actually about her – not just the baby.

NZ Owned & Operated

Created by an Aotearoa mama who understands the unique challenges of modern motherhood.

Female Founded

Built from lived experience, not corporate boardrooms—because authentic support comes from walking the same path.

Small Business, Big Heart

Personal service and genuine care for every mother who trusts us with their journey to calm.

From one mother, to another.

I'm Ophelia, a solo mum who's been journaling for over three decades not as a ritual but as a release. I was pregnant during lockdowns and saw how little support there is for new mothers. What I noticed, was that all the focus was on the baby. None on the woman. Then I discovered so many mothers had lost themselves completely after giving birth. For years, I'd tried to journal the "right" way. The gratitude lists, perfect pages and consistent mornings. But pregnancy and motherhood don't run on clean schedules. So I took the journaling method I'd used for years and adapted it for busy women. The Pour It Out Method™ was born from those late-night moments between exhaustion and clarity during my own pregnancy and postpartum. It's a gentle way to hear your own voice again, five minutes at a time. A way to stay connected to yourself while everything changes.

I was so skeptical about journaling. But those 5-minute prompts worked. I wasn't snapping as much, and for the first time in months, I felt like ME again. The private space meant I could be completely honest about being a new mum without judgment. Worth every dollar!
